How to register to the Group

To register to the International Business Group, simply press the following button, located in the upper right part of the Group's home page:

If the button does not appear, it probably means that you are already registered.

Although you don't need to be registered to browse and read most of the Group's content, only registered members can open discussions or post comments.

How to set your Email Notifications

Officine Italiane Innovazione will send you a number of email messages to notify interesting facts that happen in the community. You can finely control which notifications you would like to receive, by visiting the Email Notifications page.

In addition you can control email notifications for individual items (e.g. blog posts, forum discussions, etc.). Click on the link Non seguire più (This means Stop following in Italian) that can be found at the end of each item, to disable notifications for it (see picture below).

If you wish to restore email notifications for an item for which they have been disbaled, just click on the link Segui (This means Follow in Italian) that can be found at the end of the item (see picture below).

How to search the Members list

The Members list is one of the most important components of the Officine.

In it you can search for relevant contacts among hundreds of Businesses, from different industries.

The Members list can be found under the Iscritti menu item, available in the main menu bar, as shown in the picture below (Iscritti means Registered [Members] in Italian)

If you click on this menu item, you will be brought to the Tutti i membri page (that means All Members in Italian). In this page, look for the search box, i.e. the box with a lens icon to its right, highlighted in the following picture:

As most company profiles are in Italian, you should use Italian terms in the search box.

In order to make this task easier for you, we propose below a table with the Italian translation of the terms that relate to industry segments — as they were defined in the profile questions proposed during the registration procedure — since these are probably the most important ones you might want to use when looking for relevant partnerships.

That's all there is to it: have a good search and do not hesitate to contact us for any additional need (by the way, you will find instructions on how to contact us after the translation table).

How to contact us

If you want to contact us for help (or for any other reason, for that matter) please do the following.

First, you should identfy who are "us", i.e. the members of the administration team.

We are easily recognizable through the K^N icon in the lower right corner of our profile photos, like this:

Click on the profile photo: you will be brought to our member's profile page.

Scroll down the page until you find a box with the heading Spazio commenti (i.e. Comment Space in Italian), as in the picture below

(the phrase Lascia un commento per <member name> means Leave a comment to <member name>)

Leave us any comment you want in the editor box and press the Aggiungi commento button (Add comment).

We will read your comment and do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
